     Overview

        Draughtsman should have a strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Projects for all dosage forms including Sterile & Oncology. Should be responsible for collaborating with                    project Manager & Project Engineer to develop Architectural designs from concept through detailed drawing for Pharma Projects. Self-Starter, motivator, team player. Should be            able to take a project from concept to completion, working closely with lead architect and other members of the design team (HVAC, Elec & Utility).

         Duties and Responsibilities

          ·         Preparation of preliminary layout under project team.

·         Working on Concept / Basic / Detailed Engineering Drawings

·         Working on BOQ quantity (Arch item including cleanroom partition system)

·         Preparation of Revit modelling as per requirement

·         Carryout activities for preparation of the deliverables as per SOP on Architecture

·         Manage Supplier as per SOP on Supplier Management (PA-QMS-SOP-009).

·         Co-ordination with Architect/PM/Pro. Asst./MEP inhouse stakeholder

·         Preparation of the Standardization of Various Architecture & Interior related drawings and documents as per relevant Standards, checklists (Annexure), IBC/NBC Norms and GEP/GMP.

·         Keep track of all project activities provide the same to HOD as per predefined format.

·         Participate in coordination activities and scrutinize the issue if any. Involve HOD in case of critical issues.

·         Carryout activities for preparation of the deliverables as per SOP on Architecture

·         Pro-active, flexible, hardworking, responsible, committed, discipline, etc.

·         Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·         Great analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

·         Understanding of all current code requirements.

         Education

ITI    Architect from recognized board of technical education / Government Engineering College / any other Engineering College of repute.

        Experience

        Min 8 years of relevant experience with a pharmaceutical engineering/consulting company/oil and Gas industry.
