Role: Head Key Accounts | Business Development Manager (Electricals & Electronics)
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to drive business growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts in the electricals and electronics sector across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, with expertise in electrical components, automation solutions, or electronic systems for industrial and commercial applications. This role requires developing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency and technological advancement in electrical infrastructure and electronic manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage key accounts in the electrical and electronics sector, fostering strong relationships with OEMs, industrial manufacturers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Sales Growth & Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities in power distribution, automation, industrial electronics, and smart technologies.
• Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing customized electrical and electronic solutions that enhance performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, engineers, and technology leaders in the electricals and electronics sector.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure transparent business transactions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and R&D teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
• Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging electrical technologies, smart automation, and IoT trends in electronics.
Essential Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in industrial sales within the electricals and electronics sector.
• Proven success in managing key strategic accounts in electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, or electronic systems.
• Strong B2B sales, business development, and key account management expertise.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about technology-driven solutions, automation, and innovation in the electrical and electronics industry.
