HR Executive / HR Co-ordinator (Talent Acquisition)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and work with an MNC into manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in building a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers & various departmental heads to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
• Screening candidates from various job portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
