Regional Head Retail Business - Southern
Region
Experience: 12-18 Years
Preferred Industry : Electrical Goods
Job Location: Flexible (Bangalore or Chennai
or Hyderabad)
JOB ROLE
To
manage retail business; building distributors & retailers network for
existing products across Southern Region. (Working experience in Karnataka
& Tamil Nadu is mandatory).
To
Develop Channel sales, increase market share and profit objective. (P
& L responsibility).
Pricing
Strategy.
Market
analysis and competitor study for identifying new dealers and
distributors.
Develop
and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive
availability of organization’s products and services across the zone to
achieve or exceed the sales targets.
Team

Skills
Experience with proven expertise in the management of product
portfolio, brands and channels at a regional / zonal level.
